Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order for a refund.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all packaging and the mesh carry pouch included. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept towels that have been used or washed.

How to return

Email info@athronfit.com with your order number. We'll confirm the return address.

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. We recommend a tracked service, we can't refund items that don't reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank may take a further 5–10 days to show it.

Original delivery charges are refunded if you return your entire order within 14 days of delivery.

Faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with photos. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including return postage.
